Friend can't remove face paint.

My crew mate decided to good around and put on a odd facepaint and then selected to remove it but is still remaining on his characyer. Is there a way to remove the paint?

I'm assuming that he is playing on an 8th gen console? If so, it's an issue right now. Have him try to put on a mask then take a shower. If thay doesn't work, give R* a buzz and they can send another character creation prompt if he has proof that it's messed up.
