Will the pogo mask ever be available to buy again?

I never got to be level 100, i wanted to be level 100 for the pogo mask, the 6x6 dubsta and the rpg, but a while ago the pogo mask has been removed from the mask store, i don't mind it that much but a curious question is that will the pogo mask ever be available in the mask store ever again? i would like to wear the mask for my character myself, not to look like a troller/griefer/squeaker, but for nostalgia sakes of gta 3's radio. So will rockstar re-add the mask again in the mask shop, at least in the heist update?

Hopefully not. If it is, they should replace the cigar/fag (never bought the mask so not sure which) with an e-cig. I hate smoking lol.

Perhaps they should bring it back, you could almost always tell if someone was twat because they were running around with a pogo mask.
