jpg also known as Jpeg.

 

Most programs like gimp, photoshop can export to this image format.

I know what a JPG is. Images lose details when saved in that format.

Ok, I worked out the problem.

 

And I am trying to work out why this is working and it is a .png image.

 

But fixing the URL for the other .PNG doesnt.

The above was the code you was given, I removed the 1.2.3.13

The first one will work for you because it is linked to your local IP where your image is stored on your computer so in your browser you can see it, but only you.

 

Your Local ip is only accessible by you only, so next time please upload any new image to imageshack or some other image hosting company, also make your names short without extra ASCII characters (_-. etc)

 

I have got the new image using the link I fixed and it does look cool, well done.

I might point out that is does look a little on the basic side, look at Almosts tag, but keep them coming.

Typing in Caps is not on, it is called shouting!

 

Devart uses your browser there for the image is cached on your computer in the temp folder.

 

Your giving me a local ip? in the URL?

I have set this topic up only for recruiting members.

 

We need members assistance with mapping and other modding duties to speed up progress with the mod. State of Liberty is a project designed to bring Liberty City (GTAIII), Vice City and San Andreas to a single game engine whether it be VC, SA or on the IPhone / Android, However some time next year we will hopefully be on Rage.

 

We need some new blood and new ideas, and Coders to make new tools to speed up the engine.

 

For those who do not have the time to work on the team and only want to offer contributions, look here.

We need someone talented who could work on a Img Tool for VC/SA and SOL.

 

We need a tool that will sort the img file against the IDE list order pretty much how Steve M's COL Editor 2 sorts the COL file against the IDE file.

There are many reasons why it is best to sort your Img files in this way:

 

1. To find files in the img file not listed in the IDE.

 

2. Speed the game engine up as less sorting is done in memory before an object is spawned.

 

3. Loading time speeds up.

 

4. With bigger mods like SOL it helps to have all the img files sorted in order and as a result speeds the engine up.

 

5. You decided, this method has been argued around GTAF for years and was originally pointed out by G-Force of Myriad Islands.

We basically planned the map out using old buildings however we need to replace these buildings with Chicago style buildings.

3. Has the ability to work alone without any direction, in other words be creative doing your own thing.

Every project has a theme, we need a musical intro like the theme SA has during loading and game intro. This has to be original and to our needs.

This can be anything as this allows members of the GTAF community to their own images (Artwork), billboards to the mod.

AFAIK if R* didn't release the engine for an operating system you want to support(some Xperia's and HTC's have Windows Mobile), that means a game engine has to be written

R has only ported the engine to Android and IPhone, Not Windows based phones as far as I know.

 

HTC I am not sure what version of android you have. You can find out by checking Android market for the game and your known if you can run it.
