how to get a cageless merry weather mesa?

I've tried calling them but they always show up in same 2 kinds of mesa's. Any hints or help would work.

I could be wrong but last time I checked, you need a save editor and use it on single player... then bring it over to Online with the SP to MP glitch (which I'm not sure still works)

 

Another method is having someone who has it already dupe it and give it to you

Thx for info but I know nothing about a save editor (assume it's a program and from what I've read 99% of working dupps patched) I'm on ps3 so if anyone has one and a working dup glitch I'll gladly let you dup any cars I may have you want. Maxed out gold and chrome Roosevelt, zenturno, etc.....

Since you're still on PS3 you can ask one of the magicians in the PS3 Vehicle Request thread to give you one.
