Does anyone maybe remember?

Back in the time during GTA 4's release or i think it was before it was released, there were two pictures of Niko in a car that drives on right and being in forest, one picture was with that car right beside a cottage or something, and second picture of Niko driving the car in that forest.

 

I could of sworn a god i've seen those two pictures during that time O_o.

I think I know where that screenshot is from. In Alderney and to the right of Niko is that park where Gerald is doing drugs.

They were photos of GTA IV that went around the web in 2007 and were quickly removed by Rockstar. I remember there were screenshots of Niko in areas of the map that did not exist on the final release. Then again, in 2007, the game was still in Alpha until Winter 2007 when it became a beta and they changed the entire graphics and etc. They even said it on a magazine that the map was huge and it was going to have country sides and etc. But the engine of Rage was not strong enough back then so it was impossible to keep the map large.

IV was released April, 2008, was it winter in America then? I always thought winter in America was Nov, Dec, Jan.

Oops, sorry. I meant 2007, little typo there. Yes, you are correct, GTA IV was released in April 2008.
