Gusenberg Sweeper Help

Can anybody tell me why i have the G Sweeper in Story Mode but not in GTA online?? any help would be greatly appreciated. thanks

On Single Player you get to own every single DLC weapon and vehicle, while Online you have to purchase them but since the Sweeper was only available for limited time during the Valentines Day update you'll have to wait 'till then (assuming it'll be available again) to own it.
