I think I found a way to get to North Yankton for all 4 consoles in GTA Online, but, I need help testing it out. I'm on the Xbox One and it will require about 30-45 minutes to test. Post your GT below if you're interested.

Well they failed miserably in that case.

 

I just hope that when we do get it, the snow is relative. It would seem rather silly to drive from a sunny LS to a snow-covered NY.

I'd rather have it at flying distance, like in SP, just buy a ticket and you're there.

Well, if technical contraints mean it has to be on a seperate server (or however these things work) then fair enough, snow in NY wouldn't seem as daft.

 

Having said that, having to sit in the cloud for three minutes everytime you want to pop over to NY would be a royal pain in the arse. If they could disguise the lobby switch with some kind of '1st person view from an airplane window' while the NY lobby loads up, that would probably be acceptable. At least then there would be a sense that you'd actually traveled there.

 

And wait a minute... are you saying you can fly back and forth between NY and LS in single player??

I will release this glitch in the coming days or weeks if it works. I just need to test it out and do a little filming. I hope you can understand that I don't want Rockstar patching it before I can finish filming. If it works, this will be our last chance to get to North Yankton on console.

I know this doesn't sound solid, which is because it isn't. I am in know way saying that I found a glitch, I am saying that it is the glitch is theoretical and that I need someone to help test it. What better place to ask for help than on the Forums?

I have not tested it out as of now. I will know and report back in less than a week with proof. That's to say if it even works.

If this is true, then you will allow players to have fun and enjoy, in my opinion, one of the greatest glitches in GTA Online.

I understand that this will be an extremely fun glitch around the GTA Community and I'm all for it because it's not game breaking. However, if this glitch works, I will need to film a Machinima before Rockstar hears of it and patches it. I will report back and show proof in less than a week... if the glitch actually works.

i cannot detail right now as Rockstar will patch it before I have a chance to get on and film. I hope you can understand that I will get it done as fast as I can. Most likely starting today, Jan 24.

I'm sorry, right now I'm limited to Xbox One only. But, if the glitch works than it will be able to be accessed on all 4 consoles.

OP this is why you don't go to GTAForums to post things. If you trully found something,first test the hell out of it...then post results,if you say anything that is not 100% completely confirmed here you will have a bad time. That is,if you are succesfull,I can't wait to get back to Ludendorf.

If you do not wish to partake in this than you don't have to. Every 2 or so hours I will comeback and spend about 5-10 minutes answering people questions/concerns. If this thread will be closed, I will be alright with it because I already have the people who will help me and I will make a new thread with my proof. Any admins reading this will hopefully understand that just because your opinion on my work and thread is negative, it doesn't mean that this topic should be thrown out. You will see proof soon, it's not a give and get immediately type thing.

There is already a reliable method that I can vouch for on xb1...op I I suspect you're trying the same method?

 

Mine works solo though so maybe it's better than your way?

 

I shared it with several forumites and they will no doubt confirm below that it works also.

 

Can't post it here Op but pm me and I'll explain how it works.
