Help with,Voodoo and Phoenix

Phoenix: airport and around the impound lot

Voodoo: sandy shores near Trevor's house

As above - Voodoo, Sandy Shores, change session until it spawns.

 

Phoenix is a bit different... It'll spawn like crazy when you under level 6 and especially during missions - so if you see one during a mission, grab it and garage it.

 

It also spawns a lot more in open sessions on next-gen and really isn't that rare these days.. bide your time and you should get one... but if you're last gen, the above pretty much sums up your chances..

Phoenix: is not easy play some low level missions you will find them for sure on the street.

 

Wooddo: go to sandy shores ammunation and there is a junk yard beside it, look there. If not just spend your time with changing your car at sandy shores and one will spawn for sure.

 

Ps4 - Xone find a friend who have them then both will spawn easily.

The Voodoo is an easy spawn that's always at Sandy Shores, as for the Phoenix I have often seen it around Grove street but it is a very rare spawn cycle.

Here's an idea, get a friend start a (I think this one is right) Gerald mission. Don't have your personal vehicle out of your garage in the mission and find the Phoenix and get in it. Have your friend finish the mission and you should spawn in it. Also, that Phoenix might not be storable so you just gotta drive around the Docks and (South) East LS until it does.

This is how I got mine. The Phoenix spawns 100% during the Gerald mission No Hay Bronca. The gang boss tries to escape in one. Also, you can make the stock wheels gold using iFruit.
