Plz suggest best twaek for gta 4 graphics

Hi i have acer laptop with:

1. Amd A8 quad core processor

2. Graphics card - amd radeon HD 7660G + HD 7670M dual graphics

3. 1366x768 screen

4. 4GB of RAM

 

In gta 4 under graphics settings it shows available vmem. - 2524 MB

I keep all settings to lowest possible like:

Relfection off

Texture low

Screen res 800x600

Draw dist 20

Details 20

Car density 20

Shadow 0

Still the game lags.. Fps is low approx around 25

Please suggest me some tweak

It's disappointing not able to play game with such high specs laptop.

Also i tried commandline.txt with parameters:

-height 768

-width 1366

-availablevidmem 0.107

So as to fool gta 4 to think i have low video memory so that it will reduce reflection and textures (which is scaled with resolution. Hate R* for that)

Have you tried to upgrade the game to the 1.0.7.0 version?

I doubt you'd get any help here, as you're using a cracked copy of GTA 4

Forget gta 4.

if i buy an official copy of episodes from liberty city then with above mentioned specs would i be able to play without lag.

If yes I'll surely buy it.
