4th Property (Will it happen?)

Before you jump down my throat...i didn't expect us to get the third property as fast as we did.

 

But since we did, what are the chances we EVENTUALLY get a 4th property?

 

With updates coming (heists and more cars) the 4th garage could be important.

3rd Apartment added; Dec 18th; 2014 (7 Months and 5 days after the second)

 

So we should see a 4th apartment around late July

I'd rather see new high end houses than a 4th garage. Maybe make new high end houses have a 15-20 car garage (via the storage system)

I want another garage already have 60 cars and now that xbox allows gold sharing working on another 30 on another account. We need more slots i want all my cars on one account and character i dont wanna keep switching

Seriously? R* has already given us 3 garages i don't think people will be happy until we are allowed to have unlimited amount of properties.

 

Just be happy with what you are getting, Other games charges you for extras like that be happy you are getting these updates for free.

I think 3 properties are good, kinda reminds me of unlocking the three islands in gta3 with 3 safe houses.

 

What i would like is too perhaps purchase area stashes that would prevemt pegasus from repo our planes and boats when ordered.

They will probably ensure that enough Properties are available so we can Purchase as many DLC Vehicles as possible to use up as much money as possible with each Update...

 

Once the DLC Vehicles number is over 40, I would expect a 4th Property not long after that.

can someone tell me how i can buy a 3rd property? ive got a high end apartment and a extra 10 car garage by the airport, but i wanna buy the second garage by the airport as well - i got a message saying i could buy a 3rd property when i started playing again this last weekend, but today when i went to buy it i had to trade in one of my two currently owned....da fuq do i need to do? im level 250 for f*cks sake and ive got 5 mil.

i drove 10 of my cars tonight lol, i like to switch it up a lot.

 

i get bored of the super cars, of which i own none currently, besides a vacca, so i like to drive sedans and suvs, or just random sports cars to see how they handle under certain circumstances.

 

pro-tip: dont use a mesa offroad for missions where you get chased by gun trucks, youll get rekt faster than if youre on a motorcycle lol

You can't own the same property twice. Try buying a garage somewhere else.

i use every one of my 60 cars. One character is devoted to racing in NODO so i have best in class and top performers and then for novelty i have a muscle car/classics garage and a misc garage with partial Tv and movie cars

 

On my guy its my more fun cars. I do have massacro and zentorno again for racing but my garages there are as follows

 

Lamborghini garage

in this garage i have all 4 pegassis tastefully painted like a 66 miura, gallardo superleggera, Diablo SE30, and Sesto Elemeto. Then also i have the rest of my high end classics ect like a Roosevelt coquette classic ect

 

My second garage is the other part of my tv and movie collection and other american cars

 

My 3rd garage is 2 offroaders ( sandking xl and mw mesa) and 8 tuners nfs underground style

 

I can honestly say i drive at least 10 different cars a play session and in a week i have driven every car

I will just have to think of what cars to put in as I pretty much have most of the cars I want.

I wouldn't mind a 4th property but Rockstar needs to add more vehicles in my opinion. And also they need to add 10 garage apartments in Paleto or Sandy Shores or add 20 garage mansions. I hate the fact that Del Poro and Eclipse Towers is close.

I can barely fill up my garages though. Have 9 in my main 10 car garage, 1 in my second 10 car garage, and 3 in my Procopio garage lol

30 spaces is more than enough, ive only got a 22 space capacity due to properties and only use 15 of those

 

if anything, on the re-release of the game, they should of added 10 car garages for SP instead of those crappy 4 space sheds

If Rockstar would take my idea and just let us have all the parking spaces on every level in every parking garage in the city, and large parking lots in the country, to ourselves in an open-air storage like in GTA IV...then we wouldn't have this issue. And let us save emergency vehicles, service vehicles, and utility trucks too. With customizations.

All these people that say "Oh 10 is enough"...are not car collectors or enthuiasts like us are that need more garages.

I think it could be soon esspecially with the amount of vehicles we get with each update it wouldn't make sense for them to add more. Plus like other people have said we should get newer properties that can hold up 20 cars it'd fill the gap for quite some time.

 

Another thing R* should allow us to do is use the Bike Rack slots for vehicles we acctually want because lets face it nobody is going to need 9 bicycles. It'd save R* short term when people are asking for more garage space.
