You just don't learn, do you? You STILL haven't given an explanation as to why the mod had stolen models in the first place, just because you removed them for this version, doesn't mean it's suddenly okay.

 

You got caught stealing models twice now, you should actually be banned except we can't do that because this is a team project. So until you give us an explanation, you're not allowed open another topic for this project.

Evidently new people come around and think "I can do a better job at this than the last guy" and this stuff happens.

What's the point of simply converting everything to Rage? Wasn't the point of the Rage conversions to put the quality on par with IV?

I had a talk with RussianCJ on skype about 2-3? years ago (whenever he was about to leave gta modding for good) and he was okay with others continueing the mod. I don't have proof as said skype logs vanished with a windows reinstall about a year ago.

 

You would have to clear it with him

 

In any case, you, RussianCJ and the rest left the mod unfinished, why not encourage others to continue development and make it better?

 

Not saying these guys are doing a good job, overall they make bad choices, (art content wise at least), but maybe some day some team will revive the mod on V. (and converting from your project will be a lot more convenient as the similarities between IV and V are much closer than VC and V)

Jestic, I don't know what makes you think that RussianCJ's opinion is more important than opinion of other main members of the old team, but I don't say a word against continuation of VCR development by other people, I said I don't like that it's more like frankenstein now, I don't see a good and creative development process, as you said too and I don't trust those new guys. I think it would be better to let our mod rest in peace instead of what's happening with it now.

some navmeshes I generated a while ago, should allow AI spawning on the full extent of any VC map using original coordinates + contains ped spawn bits too

First nice to meet Sergei (Quantum) I'm a fan of your VIce CIty RAGE Beta 1, I think we need to forget beta 3 simply because it seems to me at this moment mod went downhill, I think you are well appreciated our work on the mod Vice City Rage and I hope we all deserve your respect. Transport over while I am working alone, today the way of weapons worked. So look forward to continuing mod without pitfalls, Dblcut3 Tmaster at low settings and it does not reveal all the beauty of the car. :lol:

Sorry, I don't understand. What I'm trying to say is that you should scaledown the size by 10%. :/
