I've had this exact same thing happen to me numerous times where my normal female face is replaced with that of an ugly looking man. It doesn't happen to me just randomly in freemode or anything though but rather in deathmatches just after the lobby screen has finished but prior to a deathmatch actually starting. You know the screen where you can buy ammo and you see whether a team is ranked as 'Dead eyed' 'Police trained' etc. It has happened to me a number of times in this situation. Maybe about seven or eight times in the space of a year at a guess.

Maybe i loggin my other PSN account and start play my male Character

Forgot to add that in my case the face always returned to normal once the match began so it wasn't too much of a problem. Not sure what to suggest though if it doesn't automatically fix itself soon after happening.
