DaRkL3AD3R
This is what they are supposed to be like: Were the plane controls anything even remotely close to this responsive? Hell, why aren't ANY flying games this responsive. All game aircraft handle like boats in the sky when they are supposed to be exceptionally nimble, at least stunt planes and military combat aircraft. Think we might be able to mod the game to be more realistic on PC? I certainly hope so. I would love to move that fast and rip turns and rolls that fast in first person. It'd be amazing. killahmatic
Some add-on planes for Microsoft Flight Simulator were nearly as responsive. The stunt plane in V was disappointing, no doubt about it. I've clocked countless hours of stunt flying on FS, dogfighting on Birds of Steel, watched every aired Redbull Air Race, and go to air shows every year, so seeing the stunt plane in V that limited was hard to get used to, plus no show smoke. It could've been better, and it could be improved while still keeping it controllable, but it is hard to make planes anywhere near that responsive for a console when the joystick is that small. No matter what, you wouldn't get the right feel and would be impossible to accurately control. Raynos
Hmm OP, looking like in that video, the modders have managed to turn up the sensitivity past anything currently possible. Hopefully GTA V will have some sort of glitch that lets you adjust sensitivity to such levels. Fuzzknuckles
Hey, just so you know, right... This is a video game, it's not real life. It makes an approximation of things, it simply absolutely cannot be 100% realistic, because it's not real. DaWiesel
The stunt plane in V is extremely responsive compared to all other planes in the game... are we talking about the same one? Anyway, huge improvement over SA's stunt plane IMO. Fuzzknuckles
Presumably the Mallard. That's what I recall using for the stunt trials. I think it's a pretty good plane overall, but then, I'm not looking for a flight simulator level of control from my open world sandbox game. There has to be some compromise in responsiveness when the primary goal of the game is to be fun, not to be 100% realistic. Now, the Besra... that's more like it. clevertrev 1 Link to comment https://gtaforums.com/topic/762667-remember-the-stunt-plane-trials/#findComment-1066853326 Share on other sites

I don't see why changing some values on an aircraft's ability to maneuver is unreasonable just because it's in a sandbox game.
