Don't seem to be many on PS4 either. Being on both PS3 and PS4 I'm very aware of this. It's been very quite since Christmas.

 

Of course the whole player hasn't played GTA yet thing doesn't help, nor the invite system disabled. R* really need to get there act together on this.
