infininate loading screen!

I know there has been topics on this before but nothing is working for me. This is for ps3. Ok so I'm stuck on the storymode loading screen. Music still plays but the pictures stop loading and it gets stuck on one. I have reset my ps3. Reinstalled the game and updates 3 times. Tried without being connected to the internet. Restored my file system. And everything else rockstar has told Me to do. My disc works fine on other ps3's. Barely any scratches to the disc.all my other games work fine so I do not think this is a software issue at all. I belive it stared to do this after the 1.19 update. Playstasion customer support and rockstar customer support have pretty much told me that there is nothing else they can do. Thanks for the help. And sorry for the crappy grammar.

Despite the disc working on other systems, I still suggest cleaning the disc gently with a soft cloth and reinstalling the game data with that, then trying to play the game. It works a surprising amount of times.

I forgot to add that I cleaned it before the last reinstall. Besides for a few minor scratches it is perfectley clean. But I'll try again

I should also say that when I reinstall the game I am able to play it once until I save, then turn off my ps3. After that it does not work

Stull not working. reinstalled and cleaned disc well.
