It will list up to 30 in the app and in game. Possible: paint/mod Vans, LG blazers (?), mariachis, sovereigns, metal/chrome paint race jester/massacro custom/yankton plates on ANY owned vehicle (any text/non-profane) get locked LSC items (paints/upgrades) you can remove BP tires turbo electric cars tints on motorcycles/vehicles without option in LSC Patriot Smoke FRONT motorcycle wheels PAINT INSURGENTS, Rumpos, Speedos, Mariachis, other vans Not possible (limited by R*, not me): Transmission upgrades, custom wheels (whitewalls/lettering), crew paint/emblems Cannot change REAR motorcycle wheels. Cannot do body styles or cosmetic changes (bumpers, spoilers, etc) No Special/Worn colors. You can only get colors that are available in LSC. Near the 2 car garage you can buy and seafood restaurant is a pair of side roads on the left of the highway. One has[...] a Suburban Outfitter. Go inside the Suburban and start "Grab your Ballas". There will be a Speedo parked in the northernmost alley of the shopping strip the Suburban is with its wheels turned and unlocked. Was told about this and tested and it works 100% of the time. MARIACHI (was 19:30-19:45 for me) Modified Vehicles & Painted Bicycles That Spawn in Online ...Mariachi Tornado Spawn Location: Full Sized:"http://postimg.org/image/o1p3ap5zx/" Now as for the Mariachi Tornado, you MUST be near the "Stand Here" Arrow, facing away from the Mariachi Tornado's Spawn Location, with your phone open watching the time. (Time on Micheal's Phone is "Wed 18:23".) Then at exactly 19:00 you need to run down the hill, down the trail, towards the Mariachi Tornado's Spawn Location, to the "Red, Run to Here" Ex. As you are doing so keep an eye out on the cliff across the valley, where the Mariachi Tornado's Spawn Location is, and as you get closer it will spawn. As soon as it does, equip a rifle (sniper preferred) and shoot the driver (you have until @19:30-19:45, until they drive off the cliff and explode.). Then once you have shot the drive make your way over to the Mariachi Tornado's Spawn Location, and the Mariachi Tornado and steal it(or hook it if you have the Cargobob.) and take it to the nearest Garage, which happens to be Beeker's. Once there place a Tracker and Insurance on it and you are done. Now if you are doing this in Story Mode, the Mariachi Tornado will NOT make it all of the way to Beekers Garage(the closest Garage), you must swap characters, using the character wheel, then immediately swap back and the Mariachi Tornado will be repaired. Also beware of the Gas Leak, especially in Story Mode, because the Mariachi Tornado will beginning the throw sparks and only go in Reverse before it final gives out, but by doing this it drives over the gas and throws sparks on it, causing a fiery death for the driver. Yes you can change plates on ALL owned vehicles. AND you can set the default LSC personal plate to whatever you want, so it's available all the time. Very cool, Silverfox! If/when I get my hands on a Burrito I might try it myself, but I would totally take you up on this offer. If you're on PS3, taking it in 480p or 1080p makes no difference. 1080p will just remove the black bars from the sides. It will still be 640x480 image resolution.
