RedDagger Posted January 18, 2015 Share Posted January 18, 2015 Make sure you're looking for it directly on the map instead of scrolling through offroad races as some people tried. The only working solution I've seen for this is to keep getting 1st place in the latest race you have until it notifies you that it's unlocked.
