Some tips for people having trouble with Trophies/achievements.

Tips for fixing glitched trophies for Single Player.

-Play Offline
-Before completing a collectable trophy, make a quicksave at 49/50 or 24/25 etc.
-If trophies don't pop after reloading the save, then try replaying in mission select.
-If you are connected to the internet, and trophies glitch try disconnecting the PS4 while redoing the save/mission save.

 

- The Moment of Truth
You have uncovered the truth about Brad.

(did not unlock on my first playtrough, but after I completed the storymode a 100%, I disabled the Internet connection and redid the mission. Disabling the internet and re-doing the mission a few times worked for me).

 

All's Fare in Love and War
Purchase Downtown Cab Co. and complete a private fare.

(Im still having issues with this one, simply because Ive never gotten the freaking phonecall, any tips)?

 

From Beyond the Stars
Collect and return all spaceship parts.
(When you are at 49 parts, and you stand next to the 50th part, quickly do a quicksave(preferably two) Just to be sure. If the trophy does not unlock when picking up the last part, simply reload the save and do it until it unlocks/pops. Stay offline if you can also.

 

Waste Management
Purchase the old dock and collect all nuclear waste.
(Same as above)

 

A Mystery, Solved
Solve the mystery of Leonora Johnson.
After picking up the 50th Letter scrap, head over to the questionmark(green) and do a quicksave before starting it. Assassinate the target. I tried reloading the save 3 times, no trophy. Then I tried mission selection, and it unlocked after I killed the guy. Also stay offline for this is optimal.

 

Out of Your Depth
You're gonna need a bigger boat...
Just keep getting killed by the shark, until it unlocks. Preferably offline ( seems to work faster).

 

Close Shave
Complete all Under the Bridge and Knife Flight challenges.
There are two bridges on the north-east side of Los Santos. I flew under all 50 bridges two times, and it still said 49/50. I decided to give it one last try, this time using the Buzzard. I flew under both bridges without touching the side, roof or ground, this seemed to do the trick. Hopefully this will work for the rest of you guys stuck in the same situation.

 

Online Trophies.
Had my progress transfer from the PS3, which seems to be the reason for many of the online trophies not unlocking properly.

 

Run Like The Wind
GTA Online: Survive with a Bounty on your head. Survived two times, still no trophy.

Stick Up Kid
GTA Online: Hold up all 20 Stores. Robbed a total of 62 stores, and It says Ive robbed them all on Socialclub, still no trophy.

 

 

 

Decorated
GTA Online: Earn 30 Platinum Awards.

(Had to do 34 platinum awards before it unlocked, so dont give up if it does not unlock on 30.

I had a problem with San Andreas Sightseer not unlocking. Covered every inch of the map including the sea and nothing happened. Yet when I loaded up the game yesterda, it pooped instantly.

Glad it unlocked for you!
I had a different situation.
After collecting 30/30 nuclear wastes, I got the San Andreas Sightseer. Lucikly I had created a quicksave right before I picked it up, and when I reloaded the save I got the nuclear trophy aswell.
There is definitely something wrong with how this game unlocks trophies, given I got a completely different trophy than I should have gotten. My map exploration progress was about 90% at the time, so I'm sure it should not have unlocked..
