zv'jer2
GTA IV and Max Payne 3 had hardcoded Mouse Acceleration, I remember spending hours on trying to solve it and then gave up on playing Max Payne 3 because of it. I gave up trying just after launch of MP3 so were there any patches containing Mouse Acceleration toggle in the options? I can live with it in GTA but would love it much more without that thing ruining my aim, and if nothing changed in MP3 I doubt there will be any changes in GTA V since it's the same engine. Maybe they don't even have a way of removing it... Any info? Link to comment https://gtaforums.com/topic/762368-mouse-accelerationsmoothing/ Share on other sites
r34ld34l
No way of removing? They have to add that feature in game. Link to comment https://gtaforums.com/topic/762368-mouse-accelerationsmoothing/#findComment-1066844996 Share on other sites

Well try to remove it in GTA IV and MP3. :S EDIT: I opened this thread out of memory and started googling now so... There is a solution: add -nomouseaccel in the shortcut or steam launch options. Sry, lock. Is it so hard to put it in in-game options... Evan-KCR
Isn't there an aiming acceleration option in the new gen version already? Edit: look: https://support.rockstargames.com/hc/en-us/articles/204380973--12-18-14-GTAV-Title-Update-1-19-PS3-Xbox-360-1-05-PS4-Xbox-One- First Person Aim / Look Acceleration – This controls how quickly speed is increased until the player reaches maximum turn speed; the lower the setting, the longer it takes for the player’s turn speed to reach maximum. Inspirer
Dude, this is not acceleration, this is input lag. Managed get rid of him only by turning off the vertical sync. But then appears the screen tearing.
