Sex Change

Should R* allows this? I would pay to sex change my char though to me the alt char should level with your main so you can switch between the sexes when ever (though if you have two same sex then the prior would be needed regardless)

Well it'll happen by default next time they open the character creator and that has to happen quite soon (soon as as in if/when they sort the aging glitch).

It'd be neat for a bunch of people who really don't get enough representation in games (other than cheap mockery - ugh...), let alone playable characters - that said, considering how conservative gaming is in general, and many 'hardcore gamers' are in particular (and how things like the suggestion of a female protagonist for GTA6 got folk in an angry lather), I dread to think how that'd go down...

Not really on topic, but my character got a race change in a race lobby lol. Changed from coffee to white. Changed back during the race and in freeroam though.....must have been lack of sun.

I dunno dude, I'm a transfag and people have been pretty damn accepting of me online. But I don't associate with the typical dumbasses you'd meet in day to day gaming.

I would like this option. There's been times where I wanted to switch my main character to a girl just because it can get boring always playing as the same character (i have a female second character, but i cant be bothered with having to buy her all the stuff my main character has).

 

I would even support cross dressing just because it would make the game a little more entertaining.

I think players should be able to change the looks of their character, including the gender, whenever they want. Not something I would do, I already grew used to how my character looks, but it feels restrictive to only have a few limited chances to edit him/her.

 

Plus, you could do that in GTA IV Multiplayer, although in an obviously far more limited char editor.

I like how Sunset Overdrive did it - every clothing item is unisex (as well as fitting four different body types), and there's an equivalent male/female face for each preset, so it's possible to literally swap gender and keep everything else the same. Even better, you can do it as easily as swapping outfits, and the dialogue is gender-neutral, so you can change between missions willy-nilly, and NPCs act like it's nothing - you're a hulking white dude in a dress on minute, then a black dudette with a neon-green beard the next. There's something delightfully "what the hell - let's do this!" about that game...

Yeah, because R* hasn't already made the current gen females glitch to look like trannies.
