My theory about NPC's in Los Santos

My theory is that nobody, not a pedestrian, cop, soldier, Merry Weather or any NPC ever actually dies. EVER. They're ability to come back to life after multiple horrendous deaths is just like ours.

No matter how many times you kill them, they just re-spawn a few blocks away and continue with their lives.

I firmly believe that in actuality, there's maybe only a couple hundred or so NPC's who live in Los Santos.

This would explain:

  • why so many NPC's dress the same. They're not dressed the same, they actually ARE the same.
  • Why there are so few houses in city that seems to have so many people in it.
  • Why some of them completely ignore a tank chasing a monster truck down the road while both are being strafed by a stolen fighter jet. For them, that's just another Tuesday.
  • The never ending supply of cops/military when you get into a fire fight. You can never kill them all because they just come back to life a short distance from where they "died" and head back into the melee.

Los Santos isn't a city full of gun fodder. It's a city full of GODS.

There is a fifth dimension beyond that which is known to man. It is a dimension as vast as space and as timeless as infinity. It is the middle ground between light and shadow, between science and superstition, and it lies between the pit of man's fears and the summit of his knowledge. This is the dimension of imagination. It is an area which we call the Twilight Zone.

There had to be a first time for the NPC to see a tank. And that first time they filled their pants up with hot steamy underware fudge.

Well, we've all been killed thousands of times with nothing but lost cash so why shouldn't everybody else in San Andreas work the same way? Makes you wonder why almost everybody in the state bothers to work at a gas station or a bank or whatever other boring dumb sh*t most of them do...
