Any race tracks or good places for street races?

Well there's the horse track near Mirror Park.

What platform? I've made a few race tracks on ps3.

Criminal Records is a basic loop around the prison (can be done in free roam, but there will be cars in the parking lot).

 

You can use the airport and sandy shores airfield (use invite only/friend sessions)

 

Finally you have the beach (human traffic), The horse track (dirt), the docks around simeons pickup point (light vehicle traffic) and the oilfields up at el burro (unpaved roads)

 

Other than the above you will be facing normal to heavy traffic if you are sticking to free roam. Even the Observatory Loop is busy enough.

 

If you want completely quiet roads then as Nameless has suggested, look on the social club for user content or make your own.
