Gta online tutorial error message

So how does one get rid of the

 

"......is disabled until both you and this player have completed the gta online tutorial"

 

Because it's started randomly coming up for 3 of my freinds

Make a second Character and do the Tutorial?

I have done tutorial, it's just randomly started coming up out of no where

It's a known issue right now, so don't worry.

This is so annoying cant join sum of my friends..

Yep R* is currently working on it... if you're on PS4 you can start a party chat and join your friend through there, if you're on a different console I'm not aware of any way to overcome that issue.

GTA Online Tutorial Error When Joining or Inviting Friends

Question: When I try to join or invite a friend in GTA Online, an error appears that says “Sending invites is disabled until both you and this player have completed the GTA Online Tutorial.” But both my friend and I finished the tutorial long ago. Is this a known issue?

Answer: We’re looking into some reports about this error now. If you would like to receive an automatic email notification when there is more information, please log into the Support site and click Subscribe at the top of this page.

In the meantime, try getting in a Crew with your friends and getting together through the Crews->My Crews->Members option of the Online tab in the GTA Online Pause Menu. Alternatively, if you don’t want to make any changes to your Crews, you can join your friends via the Crews->Friends’ Crews option. Select your friend’s Crew and choose “View Members”. From there, choose your friend’s Gamertag or PSN ID and select “Join Game”.

Mind boggling that this sh*t is still broken.

 

Combine this with Xbox One's HORRIBLE matchmaking, just simply getting into a friends game is a clusterf*ck.
