Players with more race wins than losses.

I have like 10 or so more wins than losses. I'd probably have even more but back in the day me and two other guys traded wins for upgrades so I would take 2 losses for every one win.

Under my current user name, i have around a 60% win ratio............. 60 or so wins 45-50 loses

it is hard in public races to maintain a positive record.........

I normally race with friends and like minded racers who dont ram and slam race........

If no friends are on and i want to race i start a lobby and become host, then the first thing i do is turn catch up OFF and traffic on, this will normally weed out rammers and slammers .this tactic can work against you at times, but if you are a pretty good driver it work to your advantage more often than not, you just need to stay out of trouble at the start

Those who do are usually just boosters, and those numbers are usually small anyways. The reason everyone has a huge number of losses and a low number of wins is because they don't count podiums (1st, 2nd, and 3rd places) as wins, rather they just count the guy who finished first and said f*ck all to everyone else.

I think they watched Talledega Nights one too many times...

2nd place is the first loser.

OT: pretty much what alot of people said, people just boosted the races. Hell I know I did for all my friends and even randoms, but I'm a nice guy.

I don't take much notice.Traded loads of wins with other players to unlock stuff. It can be harder to come third in a race of sixteen players than it is to win a race with just three or four.

I hate GTA Races as it's all a bunch of worthless little Call Of Duty kids that can't race. They have their neon colored Zentorinos and spend the entire race blowing each other up.

HEY, I have a Zentorno with neon lights and I'm not a kid.

I've got more wins than losses, unsure as to how many but was 100+ at one point. Pretty much all down to the fact my crew used to race 90% of the time and we'd have catchup etc off with clean racing, so a little amount of skill (that's at all possible in gta racing) would go a long way. Dipping in was our usual spot, good times.

But racing in lobbies hosted by randoms will affect your ratio and almost certainly put it in - simply because of catchup and the high likelihood of pr***s ramming/pit manoeuvring.

None of it really matters once you've got the 40 + wins for car upgrades anyway.

I have never traded wins, never quit a race, and never rammed as a strategy... 414 Wins and 355 Loses

so clearly some people have given examples of not trading wins and boosting yet for some reason those that did simply cannot believe others haven't done this.

xb1?

in madrid right now but back home in about 12 hours.

broughys already tested the pigalle and it's fractionally behind the z type...I have one of those too for highway tracks.

I have like 1960 wins or something but cool maybe you're as good as ensyy

I don't know who those people are but I'm on PS. I do random races with sh*tty internet but no one has ever run away from me without crashing me. Especially not a Pigalle.

That's all I'm saying.

I have over 100 more wins than I do losses, people accuse me of boosting all the time but as long as I know it's legit I don't really care. I just happened to be really good at racing in this game.

> implying that racing ability in a video game is skill

Nobody is "really good" at racing...you either have a faster vehicle, a more proper vehicle, and/or are racing against dumbsh*ts

ensyy is in the top 5 drivers I've raced against and leads the cloud 9 racing crew I've just joined.

what sports classic car are you using then?

If you quit before the race is over it doesn't count as a loss

Thats where alot of the huge ratios come from.

If your racing in large lobbies your ratios should be negative, because simpley put if you have a 1 in 8,16 or 30 chance of winning then theres a 7 in 8 15 in 16 or 29 in 30 chance your gonna lose.

Its pretty simple maths and probability really

well I'm very good but not unbelievable and get smashed by some drivers in the crew I'm in every time and it's simply because they're better drivers...so no I don't agree on this one

TheKingChivas

My record is 860 wins and 398 losses.

That's just because you scare people away from their controllers with your car's paint jobs ;)

I have 302 wins and about 370 losses so I'm slowly impriving my W/L but I saw someone before with a win count of 4000 and losses of 2000 which is insane.

Funny thing is I beat him.

Three times.

Mine are pretty even, just a few more losses then wins, usually I tend to lose when racing against supercars since I only have the Vacca, Bullet and Infernus. But back on topic, yes I have seen people with plenty more wins, often I was thinking meh boosters, but some turned out to be pretty good and clean racers.

I respectfully disagree. I race a lot of random races and 8/10 times, I win. Unless I massively cock-up or get smashed off. I've run into very few racers where I've lost due to their pure skill. I'm slowly working towards a positive W/L, as it stands now, I'm 620 wins to 760 losses (I think).

Also, I ragequit races sometimes and it does count as a loss on PS4.

what sports classic car are you using then?

Monroe, of course. :)

nice car but no match for a pigalle in the right hands...don't take my word for it though, check the stickied thread/try and learn the pigalles driving style...suited mine instantly.

sorry mate but your disbelief at the pigalles ability just shows you don't know.

even the coquette classic is faster than a monroe...don't get me wrong though the miura is an awesome car and I would be able to beat random sh*t drivers using my old monroe too

Like you say, it depends on the driver.

The Lonesome Drifter

Have you very actually raced against Halal Cyborg? He's almost unbeatable :(

It's no surprise he has around 3000 wins :D

almost 2000 & I suck compared to ensyy and other crew people.

It does depend on driver but two equally good drivers racing the pigalle is the better option...I've also beaten better drivers in z types and monroes using it...

Well I'll admit I'm not the best driver in GTA (about 270 wins, 296 losses), but race me on Forza Horizon 2 and I'll probably lap you :D

FrugalDangerMan

About a month ago, I noted that my ratio was exactly 150 wins, 200 losses, but I know for a fact that I let at least 4 friends win a bunch of races to unlock upgrades, so to me it's more 150 winds 130+/- losses (I guess)

That being said, losses don't count negatively toward you stats. It's wins that unlock upgrades and I've unlocked everything.

If anything, a higher loss ratio can help you with betting because they system thinks you have less of a chance at winning, so you can win more money when you bet on yourself or on others with a low win high loss ratio and let them win.

Combine that and how you now get paid even if you DNF, and I really don't care if I lose anymore....I just prefer winning so I can gloat. heh.
