TJGM
From what I recall, this isn't exactly consistent.
Madjoki
Yeah, these aren't really trustworthy. Reason Steam 'doesn't have' something like this is above, it could cause legal problems. Actually steam does have: steam://checksysreqs/271590/ Pretty sure it always says meet minimum, so useless.
BigBadMF
Yeah this is stupid. Says my vid card fails becauseFeatures: Recommended attributes of your Video Card Required You Have Pixel Shader version 5.0 5.0 Vertex Shader version 5.0 5.0 Dedicated Video RAM 2 GB 2.1 GB So the vid card call is bullsh*t because according to it's scan tool I have better specs than what is recommended. And it gives me a thumbs down because I have an FX-8320 instead of an FX-8350.Everything else it gives me a pass.Oh well. I knew I was fine. Just wanted to see if the website was accurate. It is not. Edited January 18, 2015 by BigBadMF itrpatrick
GTA SIX
Same fx 8320...
itrpatrick
Same fx 8320... Yeah I don't really trust this site... I have this processor as well and the site says I should upgrade.. LOL. An 8320 8 cores OC at 4.1 is waaaay better than the recommended Intel i5 processor. Anyway, here's how I look at it: If you can play watch dogs on high/ultra, then you can play GTA V on high/ultra. Yeah this is stupid. EvilFiend
LOL this thing says my CPU is weaker than the recommended even though it scores higher on all benchmarks...... I tested some other games and it says I cant run recommended on games like BF4 and GW2 even though i play both on ultra at over 100 fps... itrpatrick
Yeah this website is horribly inaccurate... I love how it links you to amazon to buy a new PC when it says 'upgrade'
jeter2
Yah, I recommend not using that site. Not only on GTA V but it says i failed the GTA IV recommended test as well Having a GTX870m surpasses GTA V's recommend GTX660 So in short, do not use that website
wah007
I have FX-8320 too, no way I'm upgrading to 8350. I can overclock it to over 4ghz anyway but will be leaving it at stock. Edited January 19, 2015 by wah007
