I'd be fine with just a body swap with another car in-game with all performance unchanged (I'm just hoping R*'s DRM isn't that over the top when it comes to altered files for GTAO) If it is OTT then being able to play as my multiplayer character in single player, more houses with different interiors, high res textures for player faces.
