PW RIP Posted January 17, 2015 Share Posted January 17, 2015 Ok so I had an old account on here but I forgot the password and the recovery email isn't getting to me so I made a new account. I'm not sure if this has already been asked so if it has please provide me with a link, I hope this is in the right section. Ok, so I got an xbox one for christmas and i transferred my account from 360 to the one. Afterwards I continues to play online on the 360 because my friend didn't get the one yet and I have fun racing with him. I mad a few hundred thousand dollars and about 5 or 6 levels in this time. Now I went on the xbox one version today and none of that carried over. Basically what Im asking is, is there any way to "re-transfer" my 360 account to the one? Im willing to make a new social club account if needed, I just would really like to get the money and levels back. Also, is there anyway to prevent this from happening again or will I just have to play as if they were separate games? Thanks for any help!
