My Bullet has been my favorite, most used car since like November 2013 I like that I don't see them much because when I do the other person usually just want to hang out because we've both found a kindred spirit.

The open top version is all over the place on Xbone but the hard top not so much. It was real pain to find on the 360. Took 3 of us in a couple different sessions over quite a while to find it.

A lot of people have the same rare cars haha, I've got a Nemesis I accidentally found, a Hearse, Mariachi Tornado, green unaffiliated Buccanner, and worn Burrito.

For me its the Vespa (Fagio), granted you can buy it but know-one rides it about. The amount of people who try to kill me riding it is so funny, however I have the last laugh as they end up with their blood all over their chrome zentorno. The Fagio may be slow but in the correct hands , damn I need more vespa buddies.

 

On a serious note anything that is not a super or sports car is rare nowadays.

I sold my Bullet ages ago but still have a Stinger GT and Monroe. Most of my friends have those two also. Just don't get them out much.
