I was successfully download GTA IV from 2 disc

but when I finshing download (when complete 100%) show me error ".....vc++...etc"

 

when I open game show me : "seculauncher Failed to Start Application [2000]"

 

windows 7

32 bit

 

please help my I am tired from searching

Your laptop may not run the game as it does not have a GPU capable for running a game like GTA IV.

 

You can try updating the game to it's latest patch, 1.0.7.0.

But I doubt it will fix your issue.

 

And how many disks did you get when you bought the game?

It would be best for you to buy a good PC with a good GPU. And yeah, updating C++ could help too.

Okay , i was having the same problem. But I found a solution. First of all uninstall your microsoft visual c++ 2005 and then reinstall it. After you have done all this, uninstall your GTA game and then reinstall. After it is installed run the game as administrator. It worked for me I hope it works for you.
