1000pia
Can you some people f*cking stop keep qouting?? And at those who owns a laptop. No, those i7 may be nice but most of the time they are paired with a sh*t GPU. So you'll gonna play GTAV on Low and 720p/30. Laptops are not meant for gaming and they never will be. Do not believe in those sweet words from companies producing those so called gaming laptops. All those gaming laptops do have one biggest problem: heat. They simply are producing too much heat and second thing is for sure, they are f*cking expensive. l have to agree and l can say there's nothing to do once a external cooler will only make the stock-laptop cooling system works less in other words: play with high settings in a laptop doesn't mean you will play at high settings for hours in a low temperature ok there are exceptions but they probably are in the most expensive ones (980m or m295x) less gpu effort = low temperature but remember mobile gpu's are like a half(or worse) performance from its desktop sibling Edited January 22, 2015 by GIXXER

Some "gaming" laptops with a GTX970M are 2199 euros/dollars. A freaking 970M for more than two-thousands. No kidding, my setup has an i7-4770, Asus GTX780, 16GB RAM, Fractal Design R4, Cooler Master V650 and it really did cost me around 1300 euros. Mobile GPU's will never have the same performance as their desktop counterparts. That would make them really much more expensive but the main problem will always be there: heat. Medium if you're lucky Meanwhile you will get around 15-20 FPS, but in some aspect, it could reach 30 FPS if you're lucky

Texturiser
Thanks for the prompt reply, I doubt there is anything I can do in terms of improving graphics since my graphics card is intergrated... but if anyone is reading this and has is worried of their PC's performance when the big one is finally released, there is still hope. There are ways to completely optimise your windows for gaming and dramatically improve gaming performance and FPS. https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=JI8tFGleJKI It is improtant you watch both videos as they both helped me boost my watch dogs gameplay by over 30 FPS and I play it on medium settings with this potato PC. Then of course decrease video settings in GTA V to the absolute minimum and you will surely get some good FPS if your pc/laptop is anything like mine Here are my specs again: OS: Windows 8.1 Pro (64 bit) Processor:Intel Core i5-4200U (1.6 GHz, 3 MB cache, 2 cores) (4 Cpu's) Memory: 8GB Video card: Intel HD Graphics 4600 SoundCard: DTS sound+ with 2 speakers (I have Directx 11 INSTALLED if that helps) Remaining HDD space: 600GB
