r7 260x (will upgrade to r9 280x if needed)

fx6300

8gb ram 1666mhz

720p

what settings?

medium

So I have:

GTX 780 that can be OCd with MSI Aft, around 300Hz core&mem clock

i5 2500k @ 4.20Ghz

16GB RAM

I am kind of nervous at the Processor... Will I be able to run stuff at ultra?

Cause if I need to replace the CPU... I need to replace the motherboard too :/

I already replied on that processor.

It is fine.

You should be fine with a 780.

What settings for me ??

CPU: Intel i3-3220 3.3Ghz

GPU: GTX 550 Ti

RAM: 8GB

1080p or 720p

Seeing your specs, you shouldn't have a problem running the game at 1080p.

You can run the game at minimum settings. 20fps or so. You have a good GPU and Processor. You can easily run the game in medium settings or more by getting a 8GB Ram.

Looks like to meet the recommended specs, I'd have to upgrade my gpu (currently have a 1gb GTX460v2) and my cpu (PhenomII X4 960T). Unfortunately, to upgrade my cpu, I'd have to upgrade my mobo too. The only way I can upgrade my cpu and keep my current mobo is if I replaced my PhenomII X4 with a PhenomII X6, which probably wouldn't be worth the effort of actually finding one. So for now, I guess I'm leaving my PC as-is. My crappy old 19" LCD monitor only supports 1280x1024 max anyway. Maybe next year's income tax season I'll build a new PC. This year's tax refund is going towards a new(ish) car for the wife, and for me, a new gun and some repairs to my old rusty truck.

I forgot about this

so, right before I have asked if my GT750M can do ultra settings, but it can't

this is my laptop, Lenovo Y510p

and this is the specs

- Intel i7-4700MQ 2.4 ghz

- 8 GB

- Nvidia GT755M 2GB X 2GB (SLI)

- 1920*1080

I forgot it was a SLI gpu, so tell me if it still can do the trick yet

--EDIT--

I think, comparing GTA V to GTA IV benchmark wouldn't so promising very much

but i got an FPS around 40-60 stable FPS, with vanilla IV and all maxed out, with SLI of course

Its pretty decent actually.

You could easily run it on High around 40fps. Maybe a few at medium for smooth gameplay. :D

I don't usually predict frame-rates. Very rare.

Because that would be sooo stupid :p

cz afterall it depends on the game.

8GB DDR3 2133MHz

GTX 760 2GB

I'm getting a whole new PC from scratch next year but I want to know it this will suffice for this one.

Can you some people f*cking stop keep qouting??

And at those who owns a laptop. No, those i7 may be nice but most of the time they are paired with a sh*t GPU.

So you'll gonna play GTAV on Low and 720p/30. Laptops are not meant for gaming and they never will be.

Do not believe in those sweet words from companies producing those so called gaming laptops.

All those gaming laptops do have one biggest problem: heat. They simply are producing too much heat

and second thing is for sure, they are f*cking expensive.
