Hello

My Rig:

Fx 4100 oc to 4ghz

Hd 6670 oc 10%

4 gb ddr3 ram

Resolution 1680x1050

I was able to run gta 4 on medium settings with low draw, detail distance and shadows with 35+fps

Can i run gta V atleast at 1366x768 with low settings 30 fps

Also if i upgrade to r7 265 will i be able to play at medium with 30+fps

Yes, R7 265 is reccomended (similar to 660)

Nope. R9 270X is recommended. (HD7870)

You could play at the lowest settings...But i doubt 30+ fps.

But with a R7 265 you could hope for medium 30fps, nothing more.

Yup, I know, but R7 265 should be similar to 660.

Yes, its comparable...But i expect a little lower performance on AMD. That's the reason they paired a R9 270X with a GTX 660, rather than R7 265.....even though R9 270X is much more superior than 660.

Yup, but with that money you could have bought a MUCH MUCH better PC.

So it'll work, but Best Buy has ripped me off again with the price?

I do apologize, as I'm newer to the PC world. i've been away on the consoles far too long.

Why would I cancel? Is it the price? Paying that much should I be entitled to a better graphics card or processor? I don't know how to build my own PC.

You can build a much, much, much, much better pc for that price. We can help you out selecting the components and you can ask someone to build it. ;)

The GT 620 is NOT made for gaming.

And also that triple core CPU won't cut it,GTA V requires 4 cores to run.

You should be able to run on low with 30+fps but I wouldn't imagine you'd get very good performance on medium..
