Can I Run It?

Well 720P is a smaller image and it will be streched on your screen.

Look at this for example and zoom in and you can see pixelation on 720p

http://best1080pprojector.com/wp-content/uploads/2013/02/hdtest.jpg

I don't really see any difference and I also have a 24 inch screen so I guess it's better for me to play in 720p if there is any better fps on 720p?

well you can see the fact that 720P doesn't fit your screen, so unless you want to play windowed 720p in box the size of that 720p box you will be stretching 720p which causes lots of pixelation

What about this then?

I don't see much difference... I assume it's full screen on all of them.

There is some difference very small difference but I rather have 720p and get that fps boost

That video doesn't really show it well

Compared to ps4 and xbox it will still run it better if the game is optimizated

Graphics card and it depends on your budget, any idea what PSU you have as well?

You would have to look in your case and see it.

Optimized just means how well the developers made the game to run on PC, it seems rockstar has spent a lot of time on this game so it should run pretty smooth

There is a 980TI coming out in a few months but it will set you back 600+ dollars..

Yes the PSU is important, you will want a decent PSU to be able to run a 980ti
