Can I Run It?

What if I run the game at the lowest graphic settings and resolution? Then will I get 30 fps?

You mean lowest settings and 800x600 resolution? oO

If so, maybe yes but... It'll be torture to play in those settings.

Mine's a couple years old now, but I'm hoping for decent performance:

CPU: i5 2500k 3.3Ghz

RAM: 8GB Corsair DDR3

GPU: Geforce 560ti 1GB

@longboard you should be fine, the recommended specs are GTX 660, they dont specify the TI version, I think the 560ti is equal to the 660 non ti

But... Will it.. Blend :D joke.

Any thought about will i be able to play on high 50-60fps with that pc i have in my sig?

nobody knows how many fps you will get.

recommended specs might mean 1080p 30fps high settings with no AA etc. or it could mean 1080p 60fps ultra with AA. i'm guessing 1080p 60fps high with minimum AA.

look at the specs that rockstar has on their website and compare your PC to it. if you surpass the requirements you will be able to run the game and if you beat recommended specs then you'll be able to play it at a standard that rockstar is more than happy with for this particular platform.

if you want a good idea of how well your PC will run then wait until after april 14th. then people who have actually played the game will be able to help you out.

right now we simply do not know how well the game will run. this entire thread is pointless.

I'm going to ask here...

Will I be able to run GTA V on lowest setting in 900p/1080p?

Intel Core i5 3330 3GHz

6 GB RAM

Nvidia GeForce GT 620

Windows 7 64 bit.

With this graphic it will be hard... You've got nice CPU tough, so I would think about some little upgrade - GT 620 > GTX660Ti at least. Otherwise, pray for very good optimisation ;)

@Pardeep01

Similar scenario, nice CPU but horrible graphic. You should upgrade it if you think about 1080p playing this game on acceptable level.

Ok, thank you. :)

A bit old CPU, not bad GPU but you play in low resolution so I think medium-high? No one knows about how many FPS will you get, it mostly depends on optimisation.

Again, no one know about how many FPS will you get but you've got nice rig, so you shouldn't worry about playin the game in medium/high settings.

You meet recommended settings, GTX560Ti is almost the same as GTX660 so high if optimisation is well made. You can always try to overclock your CPU, it can easily maintain 4.5Ghz, of course with decent cooler.

Okay, I know people still won't know how much fps i'll get, but I'm changing the CPU to an AMD Athlon X4 860K

Hey guys. I got linked a site that detects your hardware and runs it against the specs for minimal and recommended. Cant imagine it would be useful to most of us but for the ones looking for a quick answer http://www.systemrequirementslab.com/cyri

It's not that accurate because it doesn't detect parts or says it doesn't pass a recommended eventhough in reality it does.Try this maybe it's not that reliable either.http://www.game-debate.com/

I like your sig btw(=) RED!)

It's not up to you decide whether there is a PC version or not, mr. Big.

Intel Pentium G620

GTX 460

6GB RAM

will do the trick without lag? :)

It will be hard with only 2 cores, GPU is not bad but CPU will hold you back. In minimum system specs you've got old Quad Core, that means GTA V will need 4 cores.

I'm not so good with PCs, so I am wondering if I can get 60fps on ultra with these specs.

GPU: Geforce GTX 970

CPU: Intel Core i7-4790 @ 3.60GHz

8gb of ram

Hey guys, pretty sure I meet the minimum, but think I'd be able to run it (hopefully decently at low)?

Specs:

Intel i7 960 3.2 GHz

Nvidia GTX 285

12GB DDR3

Below spec in cpu and gpu, you can run it, but I won't say you'll run high, not near it.

Nope. Not all settings on ultra, at least.

A GTX 980 seems to be the standard for breaking into the ultra quality.

If you can ad some more RAM you can ramp some settings up to very high/ ultra

Add graphics card and it is a sure shot.

960 has done ultra for all of my games so far (1080p, mind you, no higher, max my monitor supports). I'm sure I'll be med/high again, soon. DX12 might save my ass for a while, the optimizations aren't very beneficial to the consoles since they are already close to the metal, but for PC - it's going to be amazing. It will be like a new GPU for most people (on PC, again, not console, consoles already has those benefits we now will have on PC)
