raburs 1,979
I have R9 270x, i5-3330 and 8 gigs of ram. So the r9 270x is actually same as 7870, but my processor is slightly under the recommended. Will I be able to run it on max settings with no significant loss? What do you think? Almost recommended. so high.
NYPD.ESU.55 64
So my specs are: - ASUS M5A97 R2.0 - AMD FX-8350 4.0GHz - Kingston HyperX Grey XMP 2 x 4GB DDR3 - Gainward GTX680 2GB DDR5 Phantom I expect to run the game on Ultra 1080p at around 40-50 FPS, which is fine by me. What are you guys think? Are my expectations too high or close to reality?
arvark 224
You can test your hardware here: http://www.systemrequirementslab.com/cyri/requirements/grand-theft-auto-v/12455/ Not very accurate though... Minimum pass Recommended fail i5-4690k, GTX 970, 8GB DDR3 1600MHz CPU upgrade suggested Ultra 1080p 60fps with these? Ofc, Maybe 1440p 45. Enjoy it. BTW your CPU is superior to reccomended. Krysalis 251
Intel Core i3 4150 3.6GHz 8GB RAM DDR3 1600 MHz Gainward GTX 750 Ti 2GB Windows 8 64 bit These are my planned specs. Im hoping for high settings 1080p, and maybe 60 fps if possible. I'd recommend a Windows 8.1 upgrade for stability reasons, if you're really looking to play at 1080p. Not really sure how good i3 can perform with the specs you have as I don't have any experience with i3. Will I be able to run Gta V on PC? And if so on what quality and how 'easily'? Thanks![/size] You should be good enough with those specs. I think you could easily run at 1080p or better. Any chance to run the game with at least PS3/X360 graphics? You're lucky to have Turbo boost. GT 520MX won't be much comfortable to play GTA V, especially at 1GB. I can't imagine running the game, even with the lowest optimized settings. I'd suggest a GPU upgrade. I'm sure someone will be able to point it better though. EpicGamerIsEpic has the CPU which is equal in power to i3 4130 http://cpuboss.com/cpus/Intel-Core-i5-3340-vs-Intel-Core-i3-4130 and CPU im getting is 4160, so i should have the same performance if not a bit better according to your answer to him. PTdumptruck 30
Well since this has almost the same requirements as The Crew only the amd graphics requires 1024mb and the crew requires 512mb on the same card. So in theory if you can run The Crew you might be able to run GTAV on the lowest settings. thats just my theory about it now we just have to see if GTA V is well optimized or it's going to be another GTA IV all over again

Well, you have 4GB of RAM and a 4 thread CPU so that pretty much meets the minimum requirements. For the GPU, you are quite a bit below the recommended. There's a chance it might be playable. Just make sure to use your AMD graphics card.

OnlineHunter 1
Hey guys, yes the "Can I run it" threads annoy me. But I need to make one. Basically rn these are my specs: Amd a10 6700 @ 3.7ghz Gtx 645 (OEM) 8gb ram @ 1600Mhz And I want to upgrade my gpu just for GTA. I am thinking of going for a 760 is that good choice? I mean I would only be playing GTA on the PC, hardcore editing (Sony Vegas) and graphic design....
