May i know will a cooler master hyper tx3 evo be enough for my cpu and will it cool significantly better than the stock cooler? I do not have enough space for the 212 evo.

GTX 680 2GB

16GB 1600Mhz

1920 x 1080p

 

Because of the low voltage of the core and old 65nm fabrication process, medium settings at most, 25-30 fps. The recommended GTX 660 wipes the floor with that undervolted 680.

Of course you can you setup is above the recommended especially the CPU.You should expect medium-high 60fps.

This is my first time trying to build a PC for GTA V and some other games. I'm planning on getting something like this and was wondering if I could run it and what settings?

the cpu doesn't meet the recommended settings but the GPU is good enough. consider an i5-4460 or 4590 if you want to play at recommended level.

 

that said it has better than the minimum requirements so you will be able to play it.

i think any gpu from row #5 could max the game at 1080p
