Last-Gen Upgrades?

I can understand the prop and player limit increase as well as First-Person on Next-Gen only, but I don't understand why they don't allow us to use the new props on 360/PS3 (especially considering all the "new" props are assets already in both versions of the game). Anybody know if there's any plans for simple Next-Gen features coming to Last-Gen (including Vehicle Neon,etc.)?

I suppose it's just to add incentive to the people who like those kind of things to upgrade.

 

Probably won't add them to last gen for the same reason.

They didn't fix the PS3 creator bugs I logged with them either, I made/hosted videos of the problems and logged with R* support.

 

Meanwhile friends of mine have reported that the edits I want to make, ARE possible on PS4.

They're playing around exclusivity.

 

Neon is very possible to be in actually. It's not like the headlights even give dynamic shadow.
