I find them quite awesome and they are responsible for creating some of my most favorite games of all time. I like how people arent afraid to criticize them here and there because just like any other company that forces them to improve and give us greatness, HOWEVER the problem is that some people nag about some of the dumbest things and do it way too much and too often, like chill a bit please... this is still an amazing game in my opinion

I love GTA V / Online, it's without a doubt one of my favorite games ever. With that said, I can't help but feel a little bit upset when Rockstar screws us up with constant delays and horrible "improvements" to Online. I still praise them for their fantastic work, but I think it's hard to deny our criticism is valid.

 

(Off topic: Pegassi Autobot, judging by your name I suppose you're also waiting for a Countach to be added to the game so you can paint it red and call it "Sideswipe"? )

Sometimes I think people forget that it's just a game.

 

I know the game has its issues but I'm not gonna hold Rockstar to the pitchfork for it. If anything I'll just notify them of the issue.

I keep getting sudden disconnects when playing, so I made a ticket. Got the "robot response" email, and just sent back all the info they requested, should their proposed solution not work.

 

Curious to see what will happen next

One month back and forth on the ticket that started over a missing emotion t shirt. Ended with demands over unsellable adder and sandking and replacing turbos. And rockstar gave me 5,000,000 one time accommodation.

BTW I am 100% legit player. Which I used over and over with them. At least a dozen back and forth.

Took them a month to respond to my ticket and then it was a canned response with steps to try that had nothing to do with my problem but was triggered based on keywords in my description explaining how the problem progressed, previous issue that resolved itself with a patch only to be replaced by a different issue. They ignored the new issue and gave steps for the one that no longer occurred, lol! Turns out it was sh*tty coding and the next patch fixed it kind of.
