today i was doing a 16x playlist and i was on my 4th and gtao froze solid on me (360).

what was the worst time gtao crashed or froze on you?

Just after I'd deleted a character on my 2nd PSN account and it deleted them off both has to be well up there!

 

But usually it's when you've been in a fight with someone and it disconnects during it, making it look like your a bitch running from them

Uhm after i got 30.00 after survival it frooze when i saw the money. And when in Los Santos connection was riding buzzard and it frooze. and so on. I got "tics" tourette when i play so i do random movment with my hand when i play press random buttoms and sh*t. So i think it because of that mostly it frooze, Because i allwas say if i didn´t do it it wouldn´t had happen, i fear to do that sh*t when i play give me bad luck. Good topic made me speak out a lil.

the worst times gotta be while buying stuff like a car, lsc customization or ammo...

 

from personal experience, more than once i have been buying a car, the game freeze as i confirm the purchase, the car dont get delivered but the money get deducted from my account. same thing would happen if it freeze while customizing cars or buying ammo.

 

unlike clothes, cars and ammo that one have to wait for the saving swirl to appear, seem like the game is programmed to save the cash data on the go, every dollar spend gets insta-saved, without having to show the saving swirl.

 

my most recent experience was like a week ago, it wasnt even a freeze, i got disconected *hello unknown network error* as i was in blaine countys lsc customizing a sultan that i just stole off the street.

 

i go back to the game, spawn back at the city, no sultan and little over a $100k short.

my latest freeze happened while i was in a playlist and i was driving to the last group of enemies i had to kill.

i tried to go into xbox's front page, no good.

i had to power down my 360 and turn it back on.

Was in a 3 race playlist with a few racer friends, plus some randoms.

 

The host didn't set the first race to "non contact", so we respected each other's space and avoided ram-racing.

 

Except one guy. Smashed everyone, over and over.

 

On the last lap, last corner he smashed me off, I was in 2nd, then he somehow smashed my friend in first place and won it. Really annoying.

 

Host didn't have a mic, so those that hate that sort of behaviour and suggested kicking him/ changing to non-contact, went unheard.

 

Next race starts, so I decide to get revenge, make it my job to take him out. First 2 attempts I didn't quite get him, then my PS3 crashed, so it will forever seem like I rage quit.

 

Heard from my friends later that he did exactly the same in that race, so most of them (lobby of 12) all bailed.

Yeah but then you can do drift races across the fjord.

 

OT - I won a 6 lap race. Took a good 15 minutes. Froze after the guy in last quit. It turned to the spectate screen, then just sat there. I left it for a good 10 minutes. Then gave up. Counted as a loss.

First time i was trying a survival it went down right at the end of wave 10.

 

Twice it's happend when going after bounties and just got them cornered and either just throwing or about to detonate sticky bombs.

Every freeze is worse than the one before because I am constantly pushing the boundaries of GTAO into the new frontier.

Worst time for me.... that would have to be "SPECIAL CREATE DROP INCOMING".

 

I'll get the notification that it's dropping in 10/5/3 hours then it comes with Incoming, and as soon as it's dropped I head to it and BOOM not a minuet after it's dropped i'm greeted by this.....

When I'm the pilot of the Titan in Titan of a Job, my internet lagged out and disconnected me back to SP. Upon returning back online, I got greeted by a player-sent message that stated "that I fly like a faget and I should kill myself for exiting a game"

When I FINALLY find a car on Simeon's list, waste money on the paint and drive it all the way to the docks.... freezes right outside.........

i just got done playing gtao, it froze on me at the worst time i was chasing a bounty in my upgraded 9f cabrio, he was fleeing in a 9f he jacked off the street, i almost had him when gtao froze my xbox 360 so badly that the rumble pads in my controller where rumbling full throttle!

Docks to Stocks. Once I had the Cargobob, I tried to land it for a few nice randoms, I must say, and the game cut out on me.
