Whats this about? LCC Hexxer/Lost MC

I was rolling around Del Perro pier and I noticed a red dot that seemed to be coming after me, sort of the same red dot/circle when the hicks are chasing you in the desert. I collected the crate, there were no NPC gunrunners to kill.

 

Back up on the pier two lost MC guys on a hexxer tried to kill me, I've no idea why and have never been attacked by them in the city. Strange..not seen it in the whole time I've been playing GTAO and I've been playing since the start!

 

Stole their bike tried to bring it to the mod shop but its too hot'. Im not familiar with Hexxers so I don't know ifs a custom/gang one but yeah, has this happened to anyone else?

I don't know why you'd want the Hexer anyway, but to each their own.

Nah I don't want one I have an Innovation but I I don't know if it was like a special gang bike and sold for more? (19-15k). Or even why they attacked me in the first place? Ive not seen Lost MC spawn around Del Perro or even what I did for them to come after me.

Possibly from the gang attack under the pier? Although I'm not quite sure if it's the Lost MC that spawn for that one.
