Please explain how it works with DLC and Shark Card.

I read on Rockstar page that only players who bought Shark Card can buy DLC contect.

 

But they also wrote that they want DLC for everyone so they made Shark Card's.

 

Now please explain I dont understand

 

Only for people who buy Shark Cards will DLC appear.

 

Or for everyone ?

 

Because Rockstar should change the guy who is writing these articles because you cant freaking read from that !

You are reading into that wayyy too deeply. As I understand it, DLC is free to every player as Shark Cards provide R* with a steady income for the continued development of GTA Online. Without a steady income from Shark Cards, R* would have to charge players for DLC, thus splitting the community (content wise).
