Arctic Midnight Posted January 17, 2015 Share Posted January 17, 2015 In between getting race wins for the unlocks, I've decided I'd add a Gang car or two, to my collector car garage. However, I can't seem to get any of them to spawn. I've done at least ten laps with my Tornado and Peyote, but I can't get anything to spawn. Do they no longer appear in the next gen version? Commander S Posted January 17, 2015 Share Posted January 17, 2015 On both Xboxes, this works without fail, regardless of the time of day: If you're in the city (i.e., Los Santos proper, not Blaine County - simply because you've got to drive for ages...), and you see the regular Tornado/Peyote spawning in traffic, grab one (ideally a soft-top - helps if it's not raining), and drive on down to the Vagos territory in South LS: (that's the yellow part of the map - Roy Lowenstein Blvd is the road with the railway crossing running through it. If you see a bunch of gang members wearing yellow, you're in the right place...) Driving your stolen NPC Peyote/Tornado, and while they're still spawning in traffic (this stops working when the spawns change!), just keep driving in a loop round the yellow area, and look out for yellow modded gang cars in the parking spaces marked out in red above. Won't take long before you should see either a soft-top Tornado, or more likely a topless Peyote with unique zebra-print seats (will sometimes spawn even if you're driving a Tornado) - grab it, and prepare for heavy gunfire if there are gang members around... I might get the Peyote repainted green if I can't find a green one. Update: 3 Peyotes. The spawn points have changed from the old generation to new gen. It used to be that gang cars spawned by the scrap yard. That spot no longer works. the times for spawning has also changed.
