Is There A Quick Way To Show Entire Map?

Okay, I am on my second playthrough of the game after getting 100% completion. In my first time through, I went through the tedium of using early planes and copters to get the entire map to show up and not have greyed out parts. Now that I am going through a second time (just started today) I honestly don't feel like spending two hours of my life flying every corner of Los Santos and Blaine County, nor do I want to slowly turn the 90% of the map that is greyed out into...ya know...a map.

Is there any quicker way to do this? Hell, since I beat the game 100% with no cheats, I would even be willing to enter a cheat code just for my second time through.

I use the skyfall cheat and fly around. I'll put a marker to where I need to fly to, and when I get there, I just turn around and keep doing it until everything is visible.

I don't see why you need to see the whole map so urgently? Especially of you have already played the game. I'm on my third play through and I don't even think about the map, it naturally reveals itself.

Using cheats disables trophies/achievements though if you're going for the sightseer one.

You could break into the army base and steal a Lazer I guess.

Play the game a literal f*ck ton like I have then the map is permanently imprinted on your brain stem.

Flying around the map is the only solution. I'd suggest you do it after 100% completion as it'd be much easier that way.

If you're on a helicopter and press the down arrow you can see atleast half of the map at once.

Either grab yourself a jet or use a helicopter. Strangely, the LS airport runway was still blurred out when the trophy popped up.

Fastest way is by fighter jet. But if there are still gray parts of the map, it probably means you don't go there anyway.

I just taped the booklet map over my TV screen and guess where I'm at for a few hours.

OT: Use a jet and lots of way points.

You only need 90% of the map for the Sightseer trophy. I got mine while mucking about underwater in the Kraken.

I have the physical map on the wall right next to my tv, but I guess you mean to get the trophy...Just grab Trevors helicopter if you need an aircraft.

I wish there was a way to reveal the entire map at once (disabling the achievement/trophy of course)..

Just play the missions and then when you've finished fly through the bits that are left?

There is now 'easy' way to do it as the only way to do it... is to do it.

You should play it organically and see how much is still smoked over when you finish. It's pretty surprising.

You aren't alone my friend.

I have a really bad compulsion (like me) to discover and complete as many things as possible before starting the first mission, like creating a master save, then it would be necessary to do as much as humanely possible without breaking the cardinal rule: no wanted levels, wasted or busted, and no cheating. The statistics don't lie either so the playthrough must be genuine.

I used a plane to travel across the map and circumnavigate the map twice, the outer layer and inner layer of the water, and made sure the map is completely visible, otherwise I get irritated and have to restart.

You can argue all you want but every individual has a different playing style.

And who wants to play games the normal way? How boring is that...

When playing single player I got map nearly cleaned, and decided to switch to online for a first time. After that my whole map was blurred again (found on Internet, that it happens sometimes). So fastest way to clean map for me was taking a Jumbo Jet. Another option is loading save, but I found this to late.

If you fully uncovered it the first time around it should be unblurred for subsequent playthroughs, but that's on PS4/XB1.

Some area I've purposefully uncovered became hidden again when logged in the next day and it happened more then once.
