Jigglyass
Yeah, pray harder to god and he will give you more FPS. As of now it does not seem you'd be able to play at all. Get to praying. ClareXoBearrx3
You might be able to get around at least 20 FPS with a low resolution and other lowered settings. My Integrated HD Graphics can run the unoptimized GTA IV at 640x460 pixels and all other settings at the lowest level at ~15-20 FPS and seeing as you have a far better configuration (compared to mine), I think you will actually be OK. But that's all just a guess - I have never played GTA V (not on console either) so can't say for certain. Probably the best time to mention that I run GTA IV in almost full settings (max settings (apart from shadows due to ENB) are still smooth, but I fear pop in) with CryENB (Medium-end version, high-end works smootly, but many high poly mods on screen at once cause frame drops), and many high poly vehicle mods, and it runs smooth, not sure of the exact frame rate though. 20FPS is still smooth, but I would prefer 30 to give room for frame drops, 60FPS is very overrated IMO.
