All day today , i've seen " waaaahhh......there's a thread for this" and /thread.

 

I'm new to the forum.

I'm in work.

I reply to current threads and don't make a habit of searching back 5 years to exhume a long dead thread

 

Even if a topic is duplicated in some way, there will always be different replies, and it will always go off on other tangents , so please quit it with the condecension and either jump in and enjoy conversing with new members, or try to come up with an original imaginative topic yourself.

Because it gets annoying. No one is asking you to check back five years scrolling through a page or two won't kill you.

This is how it works.

 

If you make a new thread, people cry that a thread for it already exists.

 

If you reply to an old thread about your subject, people cry don't bump old threads.

If a thread is being spammed with nonsense, the best course of action is to report said spam. It doesn't help to complain about it, nor does it help to reply to these types of posts. That's all that needs to be said on the matter.
