K.Walters Posted January 16, 2015 Share Posted January 16, 2015 What was special edition content for old consoles is already on-disc content for PS4/XB1/PC. If you purchased those editions for PS3/XB360 and you transfer your character you can access that content for free. Other will have to buy it with in-game money.
