Just started GTA Online

Hello Everyone!

 

So, I just started GTA Online couple of days back. I am now level 16. I am wondering if you guys have any advice for a new GTA Online fellow.

 

How do you guys recommend I upgrade my skills. I really need to improve my stamina, shooting and Driving.

I dont play Online right now but i have seen some videos on youtube

 

1. Do missions

2. Try to kill people

3. Dont kill me

4.Watch some youtube vids

Missions are great. Also try to maybe join a couple of missions (whether survival or contact) with people with higher ranks

Go to rockstar's socialclub website and join a crew so you can make plenty of friends, and have people to back you up whenever you need help.

One more question, I have seen many people recommending survival what are those missions? I am not able to find anything on GTA Online. Please excuse my ignorance if its something very obvious. I will keep looking to try to find it myself.

If I'm not wrong, you have to be at least at Level 20 before Survival mode is available for you to play. Although, however, you still can join someone else's invitation to Survival Mode.

 

Just a little tip: Don't go all out in this game. Enemy AI is f*cked up so hard. I just don't want you to get hated by your team mates and have bad experience in the game.

tips :

~ it's recommended to make " re-supply " race that contains throwns ( molotovs , teargas , grenades and sticky bombs )

~ Blow up 2 is useful mission . simple , drag the banshee out of carnage , blow up a car , search for a wallbreach , park the banshee from safe distance wallbreach , " microwave " the 5 star cops about 15 minute then go to simeon . u might get 17k

~ be advised to play only at private session to avoid any unwanted attacks

~ if u got a good friend , u can use created capture job to raise ur shooting skill

~ strength can be raised by playing golf . which reduce damage taken

~ it's important to buy snacks from minimarket

~ BP helmets are available on clothing stores . they grant headshot resistance up to 5 rounds

~ once u reach lv 21 , lester's bribe cops can be useful for heated situation

~ always tap the firing button to minimize the recoil

~ molotov is now storable

~ how to get temporary use weapons aside survival :

- policemen on LSIA may wield carbine rifles . but recommended to drive docktug because the windshield is bulletproof

- gang wars on construction site ( near vespucci helipad ) has combat MG crate . but be advised must be stolen stealthly if avoiding gang wars

- marines on F.zancudo ( guarding checkpoint ) always wield carbine rifle

- if someone send mercenaries , they will use carbine rifle

- one of Lost MC member from pier pressure mission ( by gerald ) has pump shotgun

- some ballas on death metal mission wield assault rifles ( by gerald )

~shooting area near left tires ( most of vehicles ) will blow up faster . while trucks may has gas tank on sides

~ survival unlocked Lv 15 , at which ron will call u to protect a TPI turf

 

best vehicle stolen :

2 door : F620 , fusilade , futo , felon GT , sentinel XS & schwartzer

4 door : felon , buffalo , sultan , roccoto , radius , granger , oracle , speedo , serrano & dubsta

bike : nemesis & double T
