Cant download "Festive Suprise"

I try to download the new content pack called "Festive Surprise" but when I click purchase it loads, then says "There are no items available for purchase at this time." So what do I do so I can download it and advance to GTA Online?

It was only available over the Christmas period. Too late for you.

I can't play without downloading it is the problem.

There are currently issues on the Xbox 360 with "purchases" being downloaded, Microsoft are currently working on it and then you should be able to install it later on
