[PS4] Carmeet, Drag, Cruise

So today I will be hosting a carmeet at 23.00 CET. The rules will be very strict and I will not tolerate any breaking of the rules. So with that being said let's get to the rules.

Rules:

• No killing other players
  
• Do not bring random cars of the street to the meet
  
• Do not drive in to other players cars
  
• DO NOT BLOW UP YOUR OR ANYBODY ELSES CAR (some people didn't find that obvious last time)
  
• Passivemode on all the time
  
• Do not drive any other vehicles but cars/bikes during the meet like airplane, helicopter, tank, etc.
  
• Do not bring the police to the gathering areas
  
• If you are having your mic on do not mic-spam
  
• Listen to what me and the other leaders (you will know who they are when the meet starts) say and obey what we say
  
• Be a mature human being and behave
  

If everybody follow these simple rules everything should go just fine!
