Spawning Cocaine Brick / Cash stack?

Hey guys I want to know if its possible to spawn cocaine brick and cash stack in GTA IV? Can it be done in Simple Trainer with Object Spawner or any mod that I should know off?

I tried googling but nothing came up. If any help would be great as i'm starting a GTA IV movie. Thanks.

You can spawn it but you'll need to know what the system name is for it. You can find the name through programs like Open IV. Once you know the name of it you type it in through simple trainer and you're set.
